Protein Powder

No Returns / No Refunds If:

  • Seal is broken
  • Packaging is opened
  • Product is partially or fully consumed
  • Taste preference issues
  • “Did not suit me”
  • Not reported within 24 hours of delivery

Replacement Only If:

  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Seal broken at time of delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect (with batch number + photos)
  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns on Protein

Protein powders are consumable food products. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once opened.

NEW ME 2.0 Book

No Returns Once:

  • Shrink wrap opened
  • Pages damaged after delivery
  • Book used or read

Replacement Only If there is:

  • Misprint
  • Torn pages
  • Damage in transit (reported within 24 hours)
Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds issued to original payment method only.

Repeated refund abuse, false claims, or misuse of policy may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Order cancellation
  • Permanent blacklisting
